Lilly's Tipsy Cow became a bit of a regular for us to grab a couple drinks before dinner. Good drink selection, good music, reasonable prices. All the staff were excellent hosts - warm, welcoming and engaging in friendly chat and caring for their customers. Highly recommended!! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First bar I ever visited in Thailand and the night started off great as myself and my mate got there around 7pm. The bar staff were awesome and we were having a great time playing pool with the girls and enjoying a couple of beers. Unfortunately the night took a turn for the worse when a couple of Aussie lads turned up..one of whom was obviously looking for trouble. This guy misunderstood something my friend said and shoved him, almost sending him over on to the concrete floor. The bar staff..especially Ming..did an excellent job in diffusing the situation. We were shortly afterward handed the bill for the night..as if to say it was time for us to leave. We had done nothing wrong at all. I still give 4 stars but I would avoid the place if you see a bearded aussie looking for aggravation. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
