The staff here are amazing especially Cartoon, Guitar and Din. They made us feel very welcome and always taking good care of us, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast is awesome so much choice you don't know where to start. And between breakfast and dinner we never needed lunch. All presented beautifully and tasty as well. Can highly recommend En Vogue and the Novatel at Kata Mr Kong and Mr Nop were so nice as well always trying to help with their great smile and a bit of a laugh Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We have been holidaying in Phuket for the last 10 days and stayed at Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort & Spa, and our entire experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The resort was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Everyone made us feel so welcome, and their service and food truly stood out. A very special mention goes to Rey from En Vogue Restaurant. He is incredibly humble, respectful, and genuinely friendly, always greeting us with a warm smile. Despite the hot and humid conditions, he consistently gave 100% in everything he did, which did not go unnoticed. He is a true leader! We grew very fond of the staff during our stay, but Rey in particular made a lasting impression. It was genuinely sad to say goodbye to him today.
