Managed and run by two elderly couple, very friendly. I don’t speak mandarin but she asked one of the regulars to come translate for me. By far one of the best breakfast egg roll and radish cake I’ve had during my 5months in Taiwan so far! The food is nice and crisp and not too oily compared to the other places and the soy milk was super delish.
