I come by the neighborhood and was walking around the area, and came across this stall. It has a rather large frontage and its offerings are displayed across its frontage. They have a wide variety of bakes and cooked stuff. They include: soon kueh (5 types), bak chang, huat kueh, glutinous rice, dessert kueh, ang ku kueh, carrot cake, old school bread (plain or you can ask them to spread kaya within), Nasi lemak, desserts (pulut hitam, cheng tng and others), biscuits and note. They have a variety of soon kueh. I had the bang kuang which has had cut turnip and dried shrimp. It was tasty without the sweet black sauce. The skin is on the thick side. I also had the yellow colored one, which had leek, beancurd and fried shrimp. This was unique. Will order it again. A good find and I will patronize when I am in the neighborhood again. Always ordered here since young. Just ordered a Nasi lemak & added otah, sausage and fish cake and asked for two extra scoops of chili. Staff say “oh chili v expensive need add money” Bad attitude and service. Laoban can help to comment else you may lose all young people support. Purchased on 14 June, 12pm served by two auntie total amount to $4.90. else can put pricing for chili. I don’t mind paying 30cent or 50 cent to remove this old ppl entitled mindset. The packed chili always tastes sour by lunch time. Thanks.
