Croissant is good, others are too sweet. Shitty customer service. If you would like to have invoices, better don’t come there. Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve passed this Eric Kayser branch at Empire Tower many times and was always tempted by the amazing buttery smell, so I finally decided to sit down and try it. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I ordered a double almond croissant and coffee and ate inside the shop. The croissant was served cold, and because it has sweet filling inside, the flavor didn’t come through at all. When eating in the shop, I usually expect croissants to be warm, or at least for the staff to ask if I would like it heated.The coffee also tasted mostly like milk, with very little coffee flavor.I’m sharing this as an honest experience, not to be rude. I hope the staff can be more attentive next time, especially by asking customers whether they want their pastries warmed, as it really affects the overall experience. Price per person: ฿200–400 Atmosphere: 1
