カウンターで注文をして番号札を受け取り、席についてから、お水などを自分で取りに行きます。 時間制限もあり、落ち着いてお食事やお茶を楽しめる雰囲気にはなれないところが残念です。

Edited** I changed this from three stars down to two. I ordered a coffee and they gave it to me in a plastic cup and I sat down. After a while they said they don’t allow plastic cups in the restaurant so they can either switch it to a glass cup or I’ll have to leave. What a shitty coffee shop. The place is also split between an entryway to the mall and Cheesecake Factory and the atmosphere is just drab and sad. It could use a life plant or two. I really don’t understand the very high ratings. Cold brew only comes in a glass bottle. I hope you like it bitter and unsweetened because they wouldn’t do milk or simple syrup on the side. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
