So, I wasn’t too happy with Eureka Cafe and Restaurant. But to be fair, the food and drinks were okay. Nothing wrong with that! My issue is that I saw mouse poo right on the tissue box. Now this is Thailand, there are mice and roaches everywhere. But for a place like Eureka, which markets itself as an upscale place (665 Baht for 2 breakfasts and 2 drinks), staff oughta wipe their tables before morning service. This was just in plain sight…and it kinda ruined my appetite. If the staff kept the place clean, I would’ve given them a better rating. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ฿200–400

We're so sorry you had such an unpleasant experience!We're very particular about cleanliness, including both our kitchen and the cafe space. The building undergoes regular pest control, and we don't have any mice, but geckos are common and difficult to control, as they're very active and ubiquitous. We understand this isn't an excuse, and we'll try to be even faster.Once again, we apologize for this unpleasant experience!
