Ready for a wonderful surprise for your palate? This was my first time here, and I have my wonderful longtime friend to thank for bringing me tonight. What a gem this place is in Hong Kong’s understated, unflashy dining scene. The chef cooks with real heart and love — you can taste it in every dish. This little bistro asks you to book in advance so they can guarantee the freshest seafood and ingredients. Please don’t mistake their no-walk-ins policy for arrogance; it’s simply their way of making sure every guest gets the best, freshest food possible. Highly recommend — just book ahead!
