The menu provided by the restaurant when I bought the meal voucher showed pictures of large and plentiful portions; however, the actual value for money was extremely poor. Each dish was very small; for example, the braised loofah with scallops contained only about 2 grams of dried scallops, which were barely noticeable. The orange blossom shrimp balls were simply blanched and served with concentrated orange juice as a dipping sauce – this was the first time I'd encountered such a deceptive practice. Definitely do not order the steamed abalone with garlic; the restaurant staff explained that the picture was just for reference. When I made the reservation, the staff even asked which season's meal voucher I used, clearly calculating the cost of the meal – they make at least 60% profit per set meal. Many of the dishes were not hot when they arrived; the service staff were obviously understaffed, and service was very slow when needed!
