I visited this cafe on a Sunday at 3:00 PM, and it was completely full with no empty seats. Since there are fewer than 10 seats in total, you should definitely expect a wait during peak hours or holidays. The interior is quite small, and the seating feels rather cramped, so it’s not really a place for a long stay. On the bright side, the service was very fast. They offer oat milk, and I found the milk-to-coffee ratio to be just right, with a well-balanced flavor. With reasonable prices and quality drinks, I might visit again—though perhaps during a quieter time to avoid the squeeze! Favourite breakfast spot in the Sheung Shui neighborhood. Tiny shop but high quality food especially the hollandaise sauce on Egg Benedict. As a mother, when coffee is needed the most, Everglow Coffee is the place I would go.
