The resting place here feels like the comfort of home. From the complimentary coffee, water and snacks to the most welcoming staffs. The team and owners are the most amazing people, incredibly helpful, friendly and kind. Service: 5

We stayed at Evergreen for 7 nights, and before arriving I was a little hesitant because it was quite a long stay. I worried that if we didn't like the hotel, we'd be staying there for an entire week. However, all our worries disappeared the moment we checked in. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. As we got to know them better, they even helped me translate some Thai addresses and recommended some excellent local restaurants, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The owner is a genuinely kind, generous, and trusting person. Guests are welcome to help themselves throughout the day to bottled water, oat milk, fresh milk, soya milk, fruits, bread, cereal, biscuits, and other snacks. This level of hospitality made us feel right at home. Our room was comfortable, and the warm, homely atmosphere made our stay even more memorable. If I visit Chiang Mai again, I will definitely choose to stay at Evergreen again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place with exceptional hospitality and a genuine home-away-from-home experience.
