We were there 3 times in a row. Every day the breakfast was delicious. It's true that you have to wait for it a bit longer (~25 min) because they have lots of Grab orders, but it's worth it. Very nice staff. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We visited BURR Cafe and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We waited around 40 minutes for a cappuccino. We were informed in advance that the wait would be longer, but no one expected it to take this long. The food arrived after at least 25 minutes, which already felt excessive for brunch. The Spinach, Cheese & Mushroom dish was quite good. The croissant was amazing, easily the highlight of the meal. However, the sourdough was very average, even below average. It lacked flavor, had no sauce, and felt boring and unfinished. I honestly didn’t understand the concept. When it comes to coffee, the experience was frustrating. The Americano was very underwhelming (2/5), especially after such a long wait. The cappuccino was just okay, and on top of that, we did not receive oat milk even though we specifically asked for it. The Signature Brûlée Toast was good. The biggest issue is the waiting time. It simply does not make sense to let customers wait this long when the café is clearly busy and successful. The main reason seems to be that Grab orders are prioritized over guests sitting inside the café. Grab orders were consistently served first. The café clearly needs another barista. Waiting longer for coffee than for brunch food is unreasonable. The location is nice and the vibe is pleasant, but the overall experience was frustrating. We even saw people leaving because they waited too long. Overall, this visit was disappointing, mainly because of the poor quality coffee and service after such an excessive wait.
