one of, if not the best, smashburgers in taiwan as an american, i'm really picky about burgers. taiwan has lots of mid burger shops that offer cutesy americana decorations, with instagrammable interiors meant for influencers and clout-chasers. this is not one of those places. everywhere burger club's smashburger has that classic american flavor. sauce is perfect, burger was flavor packed and wasn't too dry, buns were excellent. and the french fries were like eating mcdonalds fries!! insanely good. chocolate milkshake was bomb, even the watermelon juice was good. this place reminds me of a place i used to frequent in my childhood called The Sycamore Drive-In in Bethel, CT. this place instantly made me feel like a kid again. to anyone looking for a smashburger in taipei: you can't go wrong here. i will be recommending this place to any american looking for a taste of home. one caveat is the price: $350 NT for a double patty is more expensive than some places i go to in new york. service was quick and staff had a good vibe. also they got a clean bathroom so thats a plus all in all, a 9/10 4.19.20 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: French Fries, Smashed Burger
