店内は落ち着いた雰囲気でとても居心地の良いバーです 今日は日本産のシャインマスカットを使ったフルーツカクテルをオーダーしましたがとっても美味しかったです その他メロンやオレンジりんごなど日本人マスターならではの食材を使ったカクテルは絶品です. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $350–400

フレッシュな最高級な果物をふんだんに使用したカクテルのファンです。5年成熟させたイベリコ豚は脂に甘味があり、オリジナルチョコも最高でした。隠れ家的な素敵な空間です。

It's my second time at Executive Bar, the first time back after COVID, and I was happy to see that Ichiro-san was still manning the bar with the same flair and showmanship that makes grabbing a drink here such an enjoyable experience. Take note that, at least until Hong Kong lifts COVID restrictions, you'll need to show photo proof of an antigen test taken in the last 24 hours with your name, date and time written on the plastic test case. Otherwise you'll need to pay for one at the bar for HKD 30. There's also a minimum spend per head of HKD 200++ to keep in mind. Thankfully one cocktail costs about HKD 150-160 so you'll only need to get to two drinks to hit the minimum. You'll end up buying more given the quality of the alcohol available and how entertaining it is watching Ichiro-san prepare them, complete to chopping a giant ice block in front of you. I also tried the dark chocolate infused with whiskey this time, and it was amazing. Definitely a must-go if you're in Hong Kong and like handcrafted cocktails.
