As the staff member who took your order, I’d like to clarify that the beef tartare was prepared exactly as requested—without sauce, as your companion reminded us several times. We also checked on your table throughout the evening and observed that the prime rib was enjoyed almost entirely, with only small pieces of fat and the bone remaining.
