平日、朝の11時頃に行ったのですが、誰も居なかったので静かにのんびり過ごせました️ 店内の雰囲気も少し薄暗くてちょうどよかったです。 コーヒー焙煎機もあったり、豆を挽いていたので音や香りが幸せな空間でした 店員さんもとても感じがよく、英語にも対応してくださり優しかった️ 焼き菓子やパンなどがあり、スコーンは大きめでサクサクの食感とアメリカーノと相性よかった めっちゃ良かったです！！ ありがとうございました. If you’re looking for a place that takes coffee seriously, this is it. The owner roasts their own beans on-site, and you can truly taste the freshness and depth in every sip. What’s even more impressive is that all the pastries are handmade by the owner as well. The balance between the rich, professionally roasted coffee and the artisanal treats is perfection. Imho, it has one of the best latte/flat white in town as I only drink coffee with milk. My friends who are regular Americano drinkers also loved FB. They roast their own beans in-house and the coffee’s never bitter. You can also self drip your own coffee. The price’s great for the high quality of coffee. I usually stay in the Mangwon area whenever I visit Seoul, but not until recent visits I found out about FB and since then it’s become my daily routine. The bakery’s also delicious! I am very happy with this hidden treasure find. Interior’s not fancy but filled with owner’s personal aesthetic and sense of music and visual art. The owner/barista Jimmy is super chilled and friendly, and the shop’s got a cozy and welcoming vibe. I can sit here for hours and focus on my own work. You might also run into local artists and independent musicians visiting the shop, and sometimes to enjoy an interesting conversation with them.
