Hidden gem alert - Fern Fern Thai Food is a secret find in Gateway East's basement food court. I tried the Dry Tom Yum Chicken with rice ($7.50) and was impressed by the value - it comes with a complimentary clear soup! The portion size was generous, and the flavors were tasty and interesting. If you're looking for a unique dining experience, follow the directions: enter Gateway East lobby, take the escalator to Basement 1, and enter the doors to the carpark/food centre on the right. Will come back to try other options on the menu Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 5
