I’ve loved fineprint since the first OG shop on Peel street. It never disappointed. But when I ordered an iced americano at this branch today I was shocked to see that the coffee was premade in a big jug. I thought it was cold brew left on the counter until I saw they free-poured some coffee (espresso?) over iced water in a cup. If it tastes good it doesn’t matter. But the taste was off and sour. It’s a Saturday so the shop wasn’t even busy. Completely unnecessary to take shortcuts like this. A double shot espresso takes 30 seconds to make. Order type: Takeaway

I ordered from foodpanda for take away, I told the woman staff then wanted to show my receipt but she just asked me to the queue to order, I said again I ordered from foodpanda already and showed her my phone for the order numbers, she didn't even look and check then just packed for me. Then I checked the receipt on the paper bag and the items are all wrong!!! I said that's wrong one and showed her my phone AGAIN, then she STILL DIDNT LOOK AND CHECK my receipt and point to the table asked me if it's this one, then I checked by myself from the receipt on the table and finally got my correct items. I mean how come your staff impatience like that??? Never listen and even not willing to check my receipt but just randomly gave me sth wrong?? I told twice and tried to show her the receipt but she never check on my phone or ask me what's the item but just randomly took two from the table and gave it to me? Your training is REALLY BAD!!!! That's very non sense and irritated and wasting my time for this!!!! The point is the taste of coffee is so bad not like we tried before at SaiYingPun, the service too. We won't visit here anymore. I am shocked to see how this place prepares their sandwiches. They work barehanded, and the lady with long nails used her fingers to press down on the chicken filling, as seen in the photo. They were also talking over the food while making it. I won't be ordering food from here anymore - absolutely gross. Price per person: HK$1–50
