Stumbled upon this shop while walking around. They ran out of a few sandwich options but the chicken breast on Ciabatta was one of the best I’ve ever had! Even their drinks like peach ice tea and lemonades were sublime. They even offered a complimentary beverage. Definitely recommend! Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had a great experience at FORTUNA sandwich shop in Myeong yesterday! The outside and interior of the shop are both super cute, comfy, and welcoming. The staff are also genuinely happy and excited to greet and serve their customers. It feels like you’re walking into a labor of love. The interior is cozy, small, but doesn’t feel cramped. The seats are comfortable, and the chairs and tables are made with some kind of faux leather. They have a nice variety of sandwiches, beers, tea, and soda. I opted for the chicken sandwich with a citron tea. I believe they bake their ciabatta in-house, and you can definitely tell. At first I was surprised at the dark-ish color, but it’s just from the type of flour they use. The bread is fluffy, bouncy, and yummy. The chicken was perfectly cooked and juicy, and paired well with the homemade sauce, lettuce, and tomatoes. Overall, great sandwich, great service, and a cozy, cute, and fairly inexpensive dining experience. I only with I could’ve tried their Philly cheesesteak, though it seems it is temporarily off the menu.
