Make booking and told booked by company event and cannot serve. Came all the way and wasted my trip.

Plenty of potential to do well. Unfortunately, not so at the time being. Extremely short handed. I came with 15 adults and 5 kids. By the time the last order came, it took 1hr at least, maybe 1.5hours, i can't be sure) I was sitting on 2ndly level and have to come down to first level several times just so that I can get my food faster. Suggestion, please provide cutlery, serviette and plain water on 2nd level so that customer don't have to walk up and down. Plus point, plenty of tables.

I'm a return customer. I decided to change my review (1yr ago) I had left 2 stars review. Today, my family enjoyed our bfast set at your cafe. We finished all our food on our plates. Staffs are much friendly who took my order. I will like to give thumb up to the Barista lady who prepared our coffees . Well done to the chefs who prepared our foods N served us. Great job Factory Cafe. Looking forward to see longer hours so we can bring friends N families here for dinner.
