Dear GM , I have visited your Fairwood restaurant in Central , Queen Road just now .The food is good and the staff are helpful.But when I use the female toilet , it is very messy and dirty this hour 10 30 am . No cleansing staff around ,no toilet paper, the flushing covers either broken or not in place.,the whole environment is dirty .place check to ensure the toilets are clean and hygienic ,other wise your co doesn't pay attention to infection control .Remember the restaurant 's location is in Central area ,Hong Kong 's Banking Hub and one of the main tourist spot .
