Hi Shaun,I'm sorry to hear about your review. Let me address a few important points:1. We were understaff the day you came. What you didn't know is that our main barista, who is beloved by many customers (and who was supposed to make your nutty nutella milkshake), was in a bad car accident and he's still recovering. I'm sorry we couldn't make the smoothies you requested, our junior barista who's there that day tried to explain to you the situation and offered to make you something else, but you didn't want to. Sometimes things are out of stock. Your experience would have been better if we were full staff like usual.2. The egg sandwich was served at the wrong table, yes, but our waiter wasn't going to serve you that sandwich. she just asked to make sure it's from your table so we can make you a new one, if it's not yours she would check which table it belonged to so we could make them a new one. We would NEVER serve an eaten sandwich to a customer. That's just a ridiculous accusation. it was an honest mistake that it was served to a wrong table. We did refund your order. We apologized your child had to wait a while. Im' a mom too so i understand your frustration. For that we are sorry. And we even refunded the matcha latte your wife complained about after having remade it 3 times for her liking. Our staff really did try to accommodate your needs and your family needs. We even allow her to order drinks from outside, even though it's against our rules, because she is pregnant and we understand pregnant women. We did handle your situation in a loving and kind way. We did not expect such a harsh review after all our efforts. 3. We comply to every health and safety standards, so if you really think there's a safety issues, please contact me directly. It's important that everyone is happy and safe in our space. I checked again today and everything is in order. So I really don't know where this is coming from.Please keep in mind that your child was happy playing in our space, free of charge. I understand your frustration, but please be kind enough to see that our goal and passion is to create a safe, happy place for families to enjoy quality time together. Yes, we are not like big chain restaurants that makes no mistakes. But we are trying our best, and despite our efforts, there are perhaps some mistakes. Especially on the days we are understaffed. But there are hundreds of other happy customers that appreciate what we do. So even though this review really crushed our spirits, we will keep going and keep improving our little space.I believe that every small business owner appreciates constructive feedback and want to make their business better. We are too. But if you keep giving one stars reviews to many, many businesses (It showed in your profile), you may destroy well-intentioned businesses and at the end only big corporations win. Now that you've read our situation, I hope you understand our side too. At the end of the day, we believe kindness goes a long way. You said you have been living in Thailand for a while and this is ingrained in our culture.We wish safe delivery for your wife and best of luck with everything.
