first time trying. food is quite decent, served hot & fast. service is great. sauerkraut fish soup is a tad oily compared to it's competitors serving very similar dishes, but has it's own unique taste. crispy pork tastes abit like McDonald's chicken nuggets in a good way - hot and fresh, one of the best crispy pork. toufu with minced pork was alright, not the best but good enough. prawns and vermicelli and minced garlic was amazing and very flavourful. most dishes here are abit more 重口味/heavier in taste so for those with a lighter taste profile do take note. total bill with 4 bowls of rice came up to $120 for 4pax. relatively affordable and we left very full. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 20–30

As a foodie in Singapore who enjoys exploring different cuisines, I was excited to try this Sichuan restaurant at Waterway Point after seeing so many positive Google reviews. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. The service got off to a poor start when my Pu Er tea only arrived after I reminded the staff, despite waiting for more than 15 minutes. The sliced fish with sauerkraut soup (酸菜鱼片汤） was overly oily and excessively sour. The fish lacked the soft, silky texture I expected. The braised pork trotters （卤猪脚加梅菜）were overwhelmingly spicy, with no meat and mostly pig’s skin and bones. The flavours lacked balance and depth. It’s making my throat very irritated. Even the fried cauliflower, which looked promising, was undercooked and still quite raw. It’s so hard to chew. Overall, the food quality and service did not justify the positive reviews. This meal costs me $80 which is not worthwhile and I will never return to this place again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

visited so do fun waterway point today for dinner at around 730 slot, was being treated nicely by the waiters and brought to our table and their service was kind and approachable. other than that their food was in high quality even when it is at their peak hour, food was well cooked and favor overall the experience here was great would recommend to come here for lunch or dinner. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 40–50
