Located just few mins walk away from Clarke Quay MRT, Fangko House is a cosy lil cafe perfect for a quick fix of Western-Indonesian fusion cuisine! Here’s what I tried: My personal fav as a brunch food lover It was a perfect balance of cheese, rich and slightly creamy but might be overwhelming for some, so is good for sharing! Also appreciate that the fillings are generous, so it’s not overly bready. Another hit of the meal, the sauce had just the right amount of wetness, coating every strand perfectly for that satisfying bite. Super flavourful, but warning— even level 0 packs a kick ️ (and they go up to 21 levels ) The sponge is deeply infused with coffee, legit caffeine loaded. My advice is to eat it early!! It can get a little too wet and slightly mushy if left sitting (learnt that the hard way while taking pics ). On the bright side, it’s not overly sweet! Super indulgent and rich! You honestly can’t go wrong with Nutella. Definitely one for the sweet-tooths you’ll be obsessed If you’re someone who enjoys less sweet options, this is the one for you! The gula melaka adds a subtle depth without overpowering, making it a perfect pick for OG latte lovers Hearty portions, solid flavours, and reasonable prices: This is honestly a spot I’d come back to if I’m in the area!! Big downside is there’s no aircon though, which makes it quite warm and stuffy Please consider installing aircon hehe Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
