Extremely Disappointing Steak and Poor Service I ordered a ribeye steak cooked medium, but what I served was far from it. The meat was incredibly dry, tough, and full of gristle. To make matters worse, it had absolutely no flavor. Regarding the doneness, it was significantly overcooked—only about 20% of the center was actually pink/medium, while the rest was well-done they were unwilling to listen to my feedback and refused to replace the dish, simply insisting that "the middle is medium." The lack of accountability and poor customer service were just as bad as the food. I will not be returning. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $350–400 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
