This restaurant not worth, especially YOHOmall . YOHO mallに行ったけど、小太り店長の態度が慇懃無礼で最悪。１時間半の食事制限時間がまだ来てないのに、食事が終わったら、頼んでないのにお会計してきて、さっさと出ていけと言わんばかりの態度。お客が何人か他のスタッフと話題にしてて不愉快。料理もどこにでもある普通の味。行く価値なし。

Yuen Long fast gourmet - 10/04/2023 Very bad experience. First of all, I rarely go to Yuen Long to eat. I couldn't find a restaurant when I arrived at a shopping mall. I called the restaurant to inquire. The clerk immediately cut off the line when he heard my question. I think he was too busy. After arriving at the restaurant, he didn't register the reservation at Open Rice at all. He asked me to open it on the spot to show him to prove that I had booked the reservation. I ordered three different flavors of croissant, which is the restaurant’s signature. When the croissants arrived, I asked the clerk which one had which flavor. She actually said that all the croissants were the same, but there was an additional bowl of soup. Her answer shocked me. I looked online and found out that it was very interesting. During the debate, another clerk passed by and said lightly that the three croissants were different, but he did not tell us which tasted which. When it came time to pay the bill, I found that I had been misled by the menu. None of the complementary drinks listed on it were free. I wonder if the restaurant knew that complementary meant free. The hot tea/frozen apple juice/frozen orange juice on the menu all have an extra charge of 10 yuan, and the clerk didn't explain it when placing the order. Finally, when I got home, I found that Open Rice said that I had confirmed my absence from the restaurant. I was really confused. I didn’t know how the restaurant worked. I didn’t know how to use Open Rice but I added it to the reservation system. It was puzzling. I will never patronize this restaurant again.
