How Hing 旅行中、Holiday Innから徒歩圏内で7分くらい、本番アメリカンなハンバーガーが食べたくてきました。 全部熱々でおいしいです！パテは2枚推奨！嫌いなものがあればもちろん抜いてくれますし、別添えもしてくれました。オニオンリング大きすぎ！（写真は、2つ食べてしまった後です。。。）とにかくおいしかったですー！. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I understand the Oklahoma-style smash burger concept, but this one didn’t quite deliver for me. The patties were smashed extremely thin and seemed overcooked, so they lacked both juiciness and flavor. I also didn’t find the value particularly strong. The DIY Double starts at ฿245, and once I added lettuce, onion, tomato, and a fried egg, the burger came to ฿395. I completely understand charging extra for an egg, but lettuce, onion, and tomato are standard burger toppings at most places, so paying separately for each made the price add up very quickly. At that price, I expected the beef to be the highlight, but the patties simply weren’t flavorful or juicy enough to justify it. The burger looked great, but the overall taste, texture, and value fell short for me. Meal type: Lunch Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Absolutely delicious smash burgers at Father & Son’s were truly devoured today ! We stuck with their original and every bite was perfect! The crisp grilled edges and slightly pink middle is so hard to nail and the brilliant grill master killed it! The special seasoning is a slight pop of heat and flavor that doesn’t over power but adds a vibrant while still subtle flavor . Pure YUM! All this incredible flavor sitting between the most delicious and perfect soft hamburger bun that holds its shape without becoming soggy! Yum!! We are not huge French fry folks so did not try . However, we tried the onion rings and they could not have been more delicious. The batter was thin and cooked in oil hot enough to crisp the sweet onions. We left completely satiated and delighted to have found our hamburger spot in Hua Hin! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
