佐世保でも珍しい、世界3大牛のアンガス牛を、最高の焼き加減と絶妙なfatman's sauceと合わせて提供してくれる、知る人ぞ知る佐世保のステーキハウス︎ シェフやスタッフ、お客さんまでみんな笑顔が絶えず、アメリカンな香りが漂う雰囲気も含め、素敵なひと皿が味わえるお店です(^_^)v

“Real western steak in Japan” 4 of 5 starsReviewed September 27, 2015 After roughly 18 months in Sasebo I finally encountered this much talked about but hidden treasure. To begin with I must say that it is somewhat difficult to locate this eatery as it is nestled in a little cup de sac of Filipino themed bars. It is also located on the second floor so if you blink you just might miss it! I've heard from numerous friends and associates about the really thick and juicy western styled steaks to be had at this quaint rest. I ordered the Angus New York Strip with Fatman sauce and I must say each morsel appeared to be more juicy, flavorful and juicy than the last. I ordered a regular size (about 400 grams) which comes with two sides. I can only say that as a regular at The Steak Salon this place gives them a serious run for their money. What is the chief difference between these two steak houses? Well generally The Steak Salon offers a 4 course meal with salad, soup, entree with two set sides (potato and green beans), dessert and coffee for approximately 2800 Yen whereas The Fatman Steakhouse offers the entree' with two sides for nearly double the price. Which steak is more flavorful, succulent and satisfies the most discriminating palate? Tonight I have to go along with Fatman's Steakhouse....... I will certainly return!
