This was not my first private dining experience, but it is certainly one of the most memorable and enjoyable ones my friends and I have had. From the very first interaction with Justin, the entire experience was seamless and thoughtful. He took the time to understand our preferences, carefully curated the menu, and made the planning process effortless. On the day itself, everything exceeded our expectations. What stood out most was Justin’s creativity and the level of thought that went into every dish. From the selection of premium meats and fresh vegetables to the presentation and flavors, it was evident that every detail had been meticulously considered. His passion and dedication to his craft truly shone through. A special mention to their warm hospitality complemented the dining experience perfectly. Together, Justin and Eileen exemplify what exceptional F&B service should be—serving guests not just professionally, but genuinely from the heart. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here at Fatt Leong Private Kitchen during my birthday celebration dinner. Every meal was prepared with deep thought and the marriage of multiple flavours to excite your palate to its maximum potential. Justin also has a very bubbly personality that helps you to ease into dinner with much welcome. Eileen also adds much depth into the conversations we had together. Our first private dining and it was Fantastic. Justin and Eileen are gracious wonderful hosts, they make you feel very welcomed. Only the good stuff. Lots of care is put into making sure all ingredients and sauces are healthy and quality. The meats are paired with sides that are also the bomb! so gd! We ended with the Chocolate mousse cake and it is so lovely . Light but packs a punch. The chocolate smell lingers in your mouth. Even though I was so full I just wanted to have more.. so strange. Table favorites (nearly everything..) Prawn ceviche Rooster Soup Argentina ribeye Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
