Bought half spring chicken with rice and was given only 3 packets of chilli sauce. Asked them for extra, and the staff was not happy and said this was the last time I could ask for extra chilli sauce. Then he claimed that only 2 more extra chilli sauce packets were allowed. If they think the chilli sauce is too expensive, customers can just buy it since they are so stingy, as if we cannot afford to pay. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The staff was impatient and attitude! He kept pressuring me to order while I was still checking the menu, despite there being no crowd. If the food was amazing, maybe I’d understand the attitude but the food was just average at best. Not a great experience! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Today, when I was cycling with my brother to Punggol, I had popcorn chicken rice with Jerry fries for my lunch at Kopitiam Corner food court at Punggol Place near Punggol MRT station and it tasted very delicious. Overall, the service provided to me was very good and I would love to try these other Western dishes (except pork and beef) from the other Fatty Bom Bom outlets such as in Bedok Town Centre and Woodlands Street 11 in the future. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
