Not so easy to find but so worth it! The pasta and Caesar salad is the best !!! The burgers are also amazing, only the caramelized onions were too sweet and cinnamony. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have been in Thailand for 5 weeks and I mostly eat thai food but every now and then I get cravings for western food and tonight was one of those days. And I made the right decision :) I love burgers, however I am also very demanding. I have my favourite burger place back home and I always compare every burger with that one. Its always something: too much dressing, too salty, the bun is too dry, the bun gets too soggy etc. And then you get to this burger place in the middle of Koh Lanta where a smiling lady prepares the best burger- not only on Lanta but in the SE Asia region. Really good burger. Juicy but not dripping all around (yeah, your fingers will still get dirty). Meaty, but not heavy. The bun has just the right consistency to prevent to get soggy (and I am rather a slow eater!). I had a burger called Hipster (with additional guacamole). Honestly, I just went because of the name.. Pleasantly surprised however with totally home made burger, fries and sauces plus great service and a killer view. Can’t speak to the quality of the meat burgers (I had tofu) but if they’re anything like what I had then Fatty Chubby is a definite recommend. Bonus if you’re staying at the resort above the joint though the only downside would be you’d leave fatty chubby, or more so.. big portions, I couldn’t finish all mine.. though if you already are a fatty chubby, then I shouldn’t imagine it’s an issue.
