Had quite a horrible experience here, I ordered the prawn dish and it was literally inedible. The prawns tasted like something was off, the meat was even harder to access (from the limited meat i got). I never asked for a refund or anything just had the person when I paid my bill act quite rude about the whole thing. Full credit to some of the staff who saw I was really struggling in eating the food and offered me a sip of orange juice immediately to wash away the taste. That was really appreciated. Meal type: Other Price per person: ฿400–600 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Food took more than an hour to be served, my family was with me. When we told the servent we were going to leave because of how long it was taking, they told us it would be ready in 3 mins. So we waited, and when we ate the prawns inside the food, it was not fully cooked, it was pink inside, the coat of the fried kaminari(fried squid) was soft though they just fried them. The pasta sauce was sweet and tasted artificial, the least they could have done was tell us in how long our food would be ready.. I expected more from a restruant in a 5 star hotel. Atmosphere was boring, i added one more star because i got to sit next to a big teddy bear. EVEN water costed money :( . Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿600–800 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Have lunch set at the Felicita Rooftop Bar and Grilled which is located at 7th floor at The Key Premier. Barbeque pork burger is a must-try dish when you stay at the hotel or pass by. It's delicious! The lunch set has soft drink too. I would recommend another dish which is Spaghetti Napoli. It is served in a big bowl and smell itself is very good. Warm garlic bread is superb. You can call for a reservation. Service is good. You can also enjoy outdoor swimming pool view from the rooftop.
