The service from Tiffany and Anna were magnificent and top notch service. They were very courteous, polite and extremely patient to explain the chinese character in thr menu. The dining experience has been tremendously enhanced by them. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $2,000+ Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The waiter gave me a tablet to place my order, but there was no English option on the menu. There was also no Wi-Fi connection in the restaurant. This restaurant is not a suitable place for tourists. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $400–600 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I had the steak don. Portions were very small and quality of the meat worse than the places at the dept store food courts. The waitstaff at the fenxiang restaurant usually have their backs to the customers and it always took multiple tries before I was able to get anyone’s attention. The upside is that there seems to be ample seating, so if other places around Xinyi are full, you can always come here and at least be able to get a table.
