I went to ร้าน Fermenti, and it was a croissant catastrophe (in the best way possible!) I came ready to taste the "best croissant," and it was a buttery, flaky, and utterly divine experience! I visited this place, and it was like stepping into a pastry paradise! From the golden-brown croissants that looked like edible works of art to the aroma of freshly baked goodness that filled the air , it was a feast for the senses. I felt like I should have brought a tiny croissant-shaped crown to wear in honor of the amazingness! However, let’s be real – even for a croissant connoisseur like myself, a place that claims to have the "best" can sometimes feel a bit like a real-life game of "will this live up to the hype?" And while the croissant was undeniably amazing, my desire to try every single pastry in the display case was definitely tested. All that buttery goodness can be surprisingly tempting! Overall, if you're looking for a croissant experience that's both heavenly and (possibly) the best you'll ever have, ร้าน Fermenti is a must-try! It's flaky, it's buttery, and you're guaranteed to leave with a happy (and slightly messy) face. I came away feeling completely satisfied, even if I sometimes felt like I was participating in a synchronized appreciation of French pastry with a hundred other happy customers. Just remember to bring your appetite, your love for all things buttery and flaky, and maybe a napkin (or ten) to handle the delicious crumbs!
