We are sorry, but this review is clearly inaccurate and misleading, and the description bears absolutely no resemblance to the actual experience at our establishment.First of all, this customer claims that he was charged “double or triple” what had been agreed. This accusation is completely unfounded. We know his usual drinking habits very well: he mainly ordered draft beer at 60 THB. It is therefore simply impossible to reach a bill of almost 2,000 THB with this type of consumption unless a very large quantity of beers was ordered. His statement regarding the amount of the bill is therefore particularly misleading.Another obvious inconsistency is that this review includes a rating for food/cuisine, even though BAROQUE does not offer any food or kitchen service whatsoever. This seriously calls into question whether this review is actually describing the experience at our establishment.We also noticed during his various visits that this customer was particularly difficult when it came to spending money and questioning the amounts charged. For our staff, his visits had unfortunately become a genuine source of difficulties, despite our team's efforts to welcome and serve him properly.We obviously accept criticism when it is honest and based on a genuine experience. However, we cannot simply ignore serious accusations about our billing when they do not correspond to reality.Nevertheless, we wish good luck to the establishments that will have the opportunity to welcome this customer in the future. For the BAROQUE team, his visits will unfortunately remain among the most difficult experiences we have ever had with a customer.
