We love raw oysters and gave this place a try while seeing the atmosphere to be clean but not too dark not too bright and blasting cooling AC while being extremely hot outside. We ordered the 2 person menu and 12 oysters set. And the lobster bisque and more oysters- Ireland Tia Maraa was very good, we re-ordered. They have a huge variety with very fresh high quality. We don’t like noisy places with comfortable seating. This small shop is the place to go on Saturday night if you want to enjoy high quality, great salads, pastas with reasonable prices . We will be back when we in TST. Must try! Perfect place for your first date to enjoy food and able to chat without being too noisy. Dinner Set for Two ($368) - Caesar salad Oyster x 6 Carbonara Milk pudding x 2 Although there are many types of oysters on the menu, there are only a few that are in season, but the store staff will patiently introduce them to you The oysters in the set menu are $32, you can pay the difference and order others~ We ordered these: • Blue Point - USA Creamy, thick meat, the lightest seawater flavor • Namibia - South Africa (+$16@) The smell of sea water is strong • Black Pearl - France (+$26) The seawater and umami flavors are the strongest, with a sense of saltiness first and then sweetness.
