I would like to formally raise a concern regarding my recent visit to your restaurant, Fikka at Nextopia. My family group of seven was the first to arrive and place our orders; however, we experienced an unusually long wait for our food. What was particularly disappointing was that several customers who arrived after us were served their meals well before ours. This situation caused inconvenience and frustration for my group, especially given that we were dining together as a family. I would appreciate your review of this incident and clarification on how such service delays and order handling issues will be addressed in the future. My visit was on Monday 4, 2026 and entering the restaurant about 11:15 AM. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ฿2,000+
