One of our favourite restaurants in Singapore now. Truly amazing ambience, food, and most importantly, service. Went down on a Saturday evening with my husband for a date night and enjoyed the really warm and friendly service from DC and Johan. We loved the red wine (of the Grenache grape variety) from southern France recommended to us by DC! Food was delicious, especially the Pao de queijo (which we had two servings of) and the ultra-soft duck fat brioche. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of food we had. Can't wait to be back again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: SGD 100+

Service was superb! Attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Each dish was clearly introduced, which added to the experience. The atmosphere was great for dinner and lingering after, the staff were very accommodating in letting us continue elsewhere when the table was needed. Food was delicious, especially the cabbage dish and dessert, complex yet light. Some dishes leaned slightly salty, but overall we enjoy our meal and night there. I don’t say this lightly, but Fiasco by Juice is hands-down one of the best places I’ve ever been to — and I want everyone to love it as much as I do. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is perfect: warm, creative, effortlessly aesthetic without trying too hard. The team? Friendly, knowledgeable, and unequivocally passionate about what they do. They make you feel like you're part of something special — and you are. Now let’s talk about the menu. Whether you're into bold, inventive flavors or crave something clean and refreshing, Fiasco nails it every single time. The ingredients are top-notch, the presentation is beautiful, and everything tastes real. You can tell they care about quality and it shines through in every sip, bowl, or bite. I’ve tried just about everything on the menu and somehow keep finding new favorites. And don’t even get me started on the atmosphere. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay a while — mostly to chat or to just enjoy some seriously good food and drinks. It’s got that rare mix of chill and energy that makes it feel like a neighborhood hangout and a destination spot all at once. If you haven’t been yet, go. If you’ve been, go again.
