Hi Ciu Ciu, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the cake presentation did not meet your expectations, as this is not the standard we aim to provide. The plastic film is used on our GrabFood and Foodpanda orders to help keep the cake secure during transport and pickup. For best results, the cake should be chilled before removing the plastic film, as removing it while the cake is still soft can cause some of the frosting to stick to the plastic. Your feedback has highlighted that we need to communicate this more clearly, and moving forward, we will be including a printed instruction card with future orders to guide customers on the proper way to remove the film.
