It's not common to have Nordic cuisine in Hong Kong, and dining in FINDS was a great experience! We arrived pretty early so we were able to choose wherever we'd like to be seated. We ordered two set lunch. What came to my surprise was the all-you-can-eat appetizers! We asked the staff about the portions of appetizers and she generously advised us to try one full set. Everything was great to the honest. I particularly love the duck liver and the herring! It reminds me of the good old days in Norway! For the main courses, we chose meatball and salmon. They were fresh and juicy. For the desserts, the staff made us two pancakes with a cute buuny face. I like that there are other options beside bunny. The chocolate fountain was beyond my expectation too. I was not a big fan of strawberry chocolate tbh, but this time, to my surprise, it actually went quite well with the fruits! Recommend this resto to people who miss/want to try Nordic cuisine. P.S. All their seats are Mariemekko! That's cute. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch
