東京で予約が取れない薪鳥新神戸が名前を変えてシンガポール進出！メニューも日本と違い(行ったことないけど)焼鳥と鶏を使った料理をミックスして出すスタイル。どの皿も美味しく特に焼鳥は絶妙な火入れでシンガポールでは中々食べられないレベル。カウンター前の巨大焼き場のインパクトも凄い。 日本人的にはもっと焼鳥で様々な部位を食べたかったがシンガポールではこのスタイルが良いのかもしれない。焼鳥で突き抜けた店がないシンガポールだけに今後の進化に期待。 余裕が出てきたせいか最近は追加で串も頼めたりコース内容を事前に調整してもらえたり満足度がさらに高まってきた。焼き鳥としては安くはないがシンガポールのファインダイニングでは安価だし引き続き通いたい店！. If you’re looking for a refined yakitori omakase experience, Firebird by Suetomi delivers with precision and consistency. The concept is simple yet executed exceptionally well; a full omakase centered around chicken as the main protein. Every skewer and dish was cooked to perfection, showcasing excellent fire control. Impressively, there wasn’t a single overly charred spot, which speaks volumes about the chef’s technique and attention to detail. What stood out most was the subtle smokiness infused into each dish from the firewood. It wasn’t overpowering, but just enough to elevate the natural flavors of the chicken, making every bite layered and satisfying. Beyond the food, the service was equally commendable. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and created a warm dining atmosphere that complemented the experience.
