Exceptional dining experience at Fireplace to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Atmosphere, food and service were all at a very high level. World (apologies if spelled wrong) was most attentive to our every need, down to minute details, which in turns made it a very enjoyable evening. So thank you World! Fireplace Grill and Bar is one of those places I’d confidently recommend when you want a classic, elegant dining experience in Bangkok. The atmosphere feels warm and refined, perfect for a date night, business dinner, or bringing visiting friends who enjoy a more timeless European-style setting. The dining room has a calm energy, with a live kitchen view and attentive table-side service that makes the whole experience feel special without being formal or intimidating. The refreshed menu offers a great balance between premium meats and seafood. Everything tastes well thought out and comforting rather than overly complicated. My personal recommendation for fish lovers is the line-caught Dover sole — beautifully cooked, with staff coming to remove the bones for you right at the table. It’s one of those small details that really elevates the meal. For dessert, the Crêpes Suzette is a must-order. Rich orange aroma, warm, indulgent, and finished tableside — a classic done properly. Service is polished, professional, and genuinely attentive throughout the meal. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable, elegant restaurant with great food, beautiful service, and a relaxed luxury vibe in the heart of Bangkok.
