Had a great time at Fish and Chick today!. I was greeting with friendly and warm-welcoming staff upon entering. Food is good too, and served quite fast. Two thumbs up!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I arrived early because the sign says they open at 11:30am, but the place didn’t open until 11:45am. Staff seemed very slow and unengaged even though people were waiting from 11:20am — not a great start. Service was inattentive. When my food was ready I had to get my own soup because no one was paying attention even tho I am the only customer at that time. I also watched the server handling coins at the cashier and then handling food with the same hands, which is unhygienic and concerning. Tables and seats were left with crumbs, so it looked like they weren’t being cleaned before open. The soup was less than half-full, and the fish was disappointing — very thick batter and very little meat. Fish & chips used to be great here, but this visit was poor and I won’t be back. I hope the owner sees this and takes it seriously. Better staff training, service and hygiene would help a lot. If the staff who served me is one of the owner then I wish you guys good luck.
