I’d like to share some feedback regarding our recent dining experience. There were five of us, and we ordered two student meals (which come with free-flow drinks), along with a large sharing platter and an additional side dish. Midway through our meal, we were informed that we were not allowed to refill the drinks because the student meals were being shared. We found this quite disappointing and confusing. While we understand there may be policies around student meals, we feel the situation could have been handled more reasonably. Given that we had ordered not just the two student meals but also a substantial amount of additional food, it didn’t seem unreasonable to allow drink refills—especially since “free-flow” was part of the offering. If we had only ordered the student meals and nothing else, we would better understand the restriction. However, considering the overall order size, the refusal felt unnecessarily rigid and impacted our dining experience. We hope Fish & Co can review this policy or provide clearer guidance to customers upfront to avoid similar situations in the future. Food: 3 Service: 1
