Try both slice and fried, I prefer the fried. Heard the soup slimmer for 3hrs until white color without the use of milk. If can add some slice of ginger better. 4.5 stars. Good to have egg floss . The added fish maw a bit tough though , can pass next time. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
