If you're training at Lion Heart Muay Thai, then eating at FitKoh is a non-negotiable part of the experience. We ate here every single day for nearly 3 months, and I never got tired of it. The food is genuinely delicious. I was living off the protein smoothies, the pancakes, and the green curry. My boys were obsessed with the pancakes and eggs every morning. My wife ate clean the whole trip and came home a few pounds lighter, which says a lot about the quality of what they're putting out. Being right on-site at the gym makes it effortless. Train hard, walk outside, eat well, repeat. That's the whole formula and FitKoh makes it easy to stick to. The staff is incredible too. Friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to see you every day. After a while it just felt like eating at a friend's place. If you're serious about your training and your nutrition, you couldn't ask for a better setup. Highly recommend.
