The beef is juicy and the veggies are fresh! The fries are hot, fresh and overflowing. It really worth the price! The staffs are accommodating and always smiling specially the shop manager Jeric del Rosario. He gave us information about the catering service. The shop is tidy partnered with good selection of music. The service is efficient. Meal type: Other Price per person: HK$500+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I decided to visit Five Guys for the first time in this country, as I had been craving their burgers after a long while. However, it took a full 40 minutes just to receive my burger and fries. The kitchen seemed overwhelmed, yet they kept accepting mobile orders, delivery orders, and in-person orders all at once. When I tried to place my order at the counter, the staff looked annoyed... which was already a bad sign. Waiting 40 minutes for food at a fast-food restaurant is... just not it. The kitchen staff looked flustered, and the operation felt completely unorganized. So many customers seemed confused and frustrated. They really need to improve their workflow. Is it due to sudden staff shortages? Or is this a nightly occurrence? I’m not even sure. If the kitchen can’t handle the orders, they should temporarily stop taking new ones instead of making everyone wait this long. The price and waiting time simply don’t match the value. Burger, tasted good but fries were way too salty. Overall satisfaction was very low. Disappointed to be honest :( Meal type: Dinner Price per person: HK$150–200 Food: 3 Service: 1
