I think this used to be better. I ordered an 8oz white coffee with oat milk; chose the Ethiopia beans. I received the coffee super hot, not being able to drink immediatley. I'm not saying it's terrible, but it's rather average and perhaps better options around the corner. Near me, another customer was having trouble requesting the baristas to make him a macchiato but they didn't seem to understand his order. Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Extremely rude staff who seemed far more interested in their phones than the customers. Every interaction at the counter felt like an inconvenience to them, and when orders were ready, they were shouted out across the café rather than called properly. Would not recommend this place for coffee unless you’re comfortable being treated poorly.

I would like to give thumbs up to the staffs at Five Oars Coffee Roasters At Asia Square. Especially a female staff by the name of Rose. She is not only kind hearted but also, friendly and helpful. I slipped and accidentally spilled my coffee over lunch during the rainy weather and Rose came out to helped me up. She even offered me wet tissues to clean off the spilled coffee and asked if I was injured and wanted to offer me some medication to apply on my sprained ankle. She then offered me a newly brewed cup of coffee again even though I have it all spilled, and it wasn’t their fault. I will definitely patronize their café again. Highly recommended place with nice ambience, great coffee, perfect for clients meeting or a place to chill anytime of the day. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
