First time at Taipei 101 as a tourist, and was craving noodles. From reading the reviews I was expecting something decent, but what I got blew me away. Keep in mind that I had a good breakfast, so it wasn't like I was starving cuz when you get like that everything tastes great. I ordered the combo of 3+C for TW$268, which was stir-fry chicken in soy sauce noodles + peppery pork tripe with chicken soup. What really blew me away? Let me give you a list 1) the noodle was "Perfect", chewy and springy, 2) the sides dishes added a different nuance to every bite (savory sour chinese kimchi, slightly sweet seaweed, pungent marinated bamboo shoots), 3) the chicken was stir-fried with bits of deep fried pork rind, which brought the flavors to another octave, and 4) the soup brought it all together, it's a solf creamy soup but you def taste the peppery-ness. A mouthful of flavors with every bite. Each on its own was good, but likely forgettable, but together they perfectly balanced each other with no one flavor overpowering. Now I wish I could go back to try the other 5 combos.
