サラダとデザートのバーは楽しいけど、メインの牛肉の味はその値段に相応しくないと思います。低温熟成の旨みも全く伝わなかったが、バーが特長的なので星3.5個かな。 更新：2022年内装がリフォームされだが、何故かテーブルと椅子が貧相で、、とてもセンス良いとは言えない。

An Unforgettable Dining Experience! My wife and I recently dined at Flamma Steakhaus in Kaohsiung, and it was absolutely exceptional. I ordered the A5 Wagyu steak, which was cooked to a flawless medium—incredibly rich, juicy, and packed with flavor. We both started with the French onion soup, which was savory and comforting. For her main course, my wife had the seafood platter, and everything on it tasted incredibly fresh and high-quality. Beyond the fantastic main dishes, the restaurant features a very fresh, generous salad buffet and a wide variety of delicious dessert options to wrap up the meal. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a great spot for a special dinner. While it is a premium dining experience, the price is entirely reasonable and acceptable for the top-notch quality you receive. We highly recommend Flamma Steakhaus to anyone looking for a perfect steak and fresh seafood! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
